I have spent the last decade of my life dedicated to helping others heal and pursue their dreams, while also pursuing mine. I am a mother, a writer, a culinary enthusiast, a nature lover, spiritual being, and an adventurous traveler who is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, the arts and psychology.
I was born in Philadelphia, PA and have lived in five countries including Spain, Czech Republic, Russia and Switzerland. I currently reside in Miami, FL where I have lived over 12 years.
I love learning about new cultures and ways of life, and enjoy exploring and getting lost in new places.
Individual Therapy
I help people whose past trauma keeps showing up in their present lives. By learning about your attachment style, you can work on healing in order to attract healthier relationships into your life without the fear of getting hurt over and over again.
Couples Therapy
I help couples who have experienced infidelity, abusive relational patterns, poor communication and conflict resolution issues to understand how to heal, take responsibility for their own behaviors and learn better ways of getting their needs met.
Addiction Recovery
I spent the earlier part of my career working in dual diagnosis treatment centers for addiction and co-occurring disorders in Hollywood, Florida. If you are struggling with substance abuse, overworking, disordered eating or difficulty letting unhealthy partners go, I can help you dig deep into what may be causing these behaviors.
